The goal of the department is to become the core research institute on labor relations in Taiwan and Chinese area. The department is expected to play an important role in communicating the labor, the employer and the government. We see labor issues in multiple perspectives and try to be the problem-solvers. And also, we educate and train professionals for labor-related organizations in public, private and the third sectors.
