The college students shall:

1. be able to realize the development and change of domestic and international labor policy and law

2. be able to obey the business and employment ethics and also be social-minded

3. be able to build up the interdisciplinary knowledge

4. be able to have an integrated knowledge of “labor relations and policy” or “human resources”

5. be able to think independently and to solve the problems based on “labor relations and policy” or “human resources”

The graduate students shall:

1. be able to build up the interdisciplinary knowledge and skills on labor relations

2. be able to do research work, including collect and use information correctly and write professional research theses

3. be able to study “labor relations and policy” or “human resources” issues in different scopes

4. be able to realize the development and change of “labor relations and policy” or “human resources”

5. be able to think creatively and have international perspectives
