The internship courses start in summer from the 2nd semester of the 3rd year to the 1st semester of the 4th year.

  1. Professional Elective courses30 credits (3 credits for all courses)
      Students shall at least take 3 elective courses each in “Professional Elective Courses in Labor Relations” and “Professional Elective Courses in Human Resources,” and take at least 4 courses in “Common Professional Elective Courses” before graduation.

  1. Free Elective courses20 credits
  1. Students in the Department may not use the overloaded credits of General Education courses as a substitute for the credits of free elective courses.
  2. Students in the Department who have given up or overloaded the credits of the Education Program may not use these credits as a substitute for the credits of free elective courses.
  3. Students in the Department may not use the credits of elective Military (Nursing) Courses as a substitute for the credits of free elective courses.
  4. If the name of the elective course in other departments or the name of a General Education course is the same as the name of the professional required and elective course of the Department, it shall not be included in graduation credits. It shall also not be used as a substitute for the credits of free elective courses.
  5. Overloaded credits of General Education courses shall not be included in graduation credits.
  6. It is suggested General Education courses to be taken, such as Introduction of Computer Science, Computer Programming and Data Processing in order to cultivate the basic abilities and skills in computer and data processing.
  7. Students in the Department may use the overloaded credits of professional elective courses as a substitute for the credits of free elective courses.
  8. The elective courses in the Center for Language Studies shall be included in the free elective courses of the Department.
  9. Students in the Department may use the credits of elective Physical Education courses as a substitute for the credits of free elective courses and graduation credits. It is limited to one credit per semester.

 

Students in the Department must complete Service Learning: Community Service Course (required 0 credits) according to the Regulations of Course Requirements in National Chung Cheng University. It is suggested that should be completed before the end of the third year with at least 16 hours in the actual service and 2 lectures attended in social service learning.
