In-Service Master’s Program Course Requirement
From 2023 fall semester
Graduation Credits: Graduate students in the in-service master’s program of the Department must complete at least 36 credits upon graduation, which includes 6 credits of required courses, 24 credits of professional elective courses, and 6 credits of the master’s thesis. |

Professional Elective Courses: Graduate students may take at least 8 free elective courses with 3 credits each in the two main fields, “Labor Relations and Policy” and “Human Resources.” After completing the courses with a total 24 credits, the student may apply for a degree examination. The courses offered will depend on the arrangement of teachers and the course selection of students (it shall not be offered with less than 12 students). The following courses can be considered as free elective courses for the graduate school in the Department, and the grade of study can be decided according the actual class situation. |
